In this post, I would like to talk about my experience with iPage.
I originally started out with another popular domain host, and then one day I needed help. They promptly auto responded telling me that in about 72 hours someone would contact me. Well that just would not do! A friend told me about iPage and I signed up. Three years later to yet to be disappointed in their service. I remember when I was doing my book launch THE RIGHT KIND OF INTIMACY and I wanted to do email signups from my computer instead of using a physical guest book. Somehow I managed to mess up the website for my publishing house, The Publisher’s Notebook Ltd. Up until 2:00 am on the day of the launch, they were trying to sort out the mess that I made. As the day progressed, I was unable to get any results, I decided to call it quits. Their instruction? “Sylvia – you go get ready for your book launch and we will have your site ready in time.” Half hour later – I received a phone call – the site is up and running.Tweet: @iPage This is exceptional customer service and I applaud them. This is exceptional customer service and I applaud them. I was so impressed that I decided to become an affiliate. To be fair, I have seen reports that talk about negative experiences especially with affiliate payments. I cannot say that has been the case with me. I am always paid on time and even one dispute was settled immediately and amicably through appropriate communication channels that were provided. Although the result was not in my favor, I did not come away with any feeling of being cheated. I unhesitatingly recommend this company for its quality service and reasonable rates.
